Does Opentrons Flex have collision detection function?
Opentrons Flex will detect collisions by comparing the actual movement of the embedded motor with the expected movement. For example, if the robot expects to perform 2 motor rotations, but only 1 rotation is completed due to a collision (stop motor movement) the robot will detect the difference between the expected movement and the actual movement. Then an error message will appear telling you that you need to recalibrate.
